Commercial Opportunities – Existing commercial properties and commercial development opportunities, targeting locations where demographic profiles justify construction of improvements or acquisitions of value-added properties. Property types may include office, medical office, retail, mixed-user retail/office and apartments.
Workout Opportunities – Rapidly evolving target markets will create opportunities for “workout” situations, with a strong potential for acquiring or recapitalizing “distressed” projects that emerge.
